Erin is a lifelong resident of Ottawa and has established many roots along the way. Having been raised in the charming town of Manotick, then studying downtown at the University of Ottawa and then settling in Kanata to raise her family, she truly appreciates all that this region has to offer a prospective home buyer. Erin has a zest for life that is infectious, a key factor in the development of her exceptionally broad social network. Her passion, professionalism, determination and attention to detail makes working with Erin and her team a genuine pleasure. From a young age Erin’s love for people brought her into the sales and service world and early exposure to the family’s real estate business has resulted in a lifelong passion in the field.

While he has been a constant and valued advisor to the team since the early days, we are proud to have Chris join our team on a full-time basis with a focus on our commercial real estate and business development. Having served as an ambassador to the Ottawa Senators for Over 20 years, including a period of time as President of the foundation. Chris has an extensive network that continues to grow with the business and development community.

With experience and education in both a research analyst and a sales role, Shannon provides the team and our clients with the facts required to make the more informed decision when buying and selling real estate. Bianca Schuster

Bianca is an accomplished real estate advisor with over 7 years of transactional experience in the Ottawa area. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with previous experience in real estate law, property management, and generating real estate based equity. Specifically focused on residential homes and condominiums, investment properties, and short term rentals, her clients can rely on her professionalism and market knowledge in order to achieve their real estate goals. Having lived in Stittsville, Kanata, Constance Bay, and Westboro Bianca has extensive knowledge on all of Ottawa’s lively rural and urban communities.

For over 30 years, Shelley has been providing exceptional customer experiences, first in the hospitality industry, then in human resources, followed by telecommunications, and finally in home organizing and staging. Shelley founded Simply Organized five years ago as a service to people who wanted to reclaim their personal spaces. Her knack for improving not only the use of space but the look of spaces evolved into a focus on home staging. Shelley's approach to home staging eases the stress around selling a home and can speed up that selling process. Born and raised in the Ottawa area, Shelley now lives in the charming and friendly community of Carp where she has been dedicated to community development for nearly two decades - the perfect complement to her own outgoing approach to life. Exceptionally hardworking and incredibly organized, Shelley brings both of these skills, among others, to her work with families and their precious homes.
Charlotte Bell

Charlotte is a driving force behind our team's dedication to excellence and commitment to growth. Born in England to a family deeply rooted in the Royal Air Force, Charlotte learned the art of adaptability from an early age. At the age of 10, Charlotte embarked on a journey to Canada, beginning in Nova Scotia then Edmonton and finally Ottawa, where she found her true sense of belonging and where she has proudly called home ever since. It was amidst these transitions and discoveries that Charlotte’s passion for Real Estate began to blossom. The constant movement ignited a desire to understand the intricacies of buying and selling real estate. Currently, Charlotte is a dedicated assistant within our team, working towards our collective success while nurturing her ambition to become a REALTOR. With a keen eye for detail, a heart full of dedication, and bubbly personality, Charlotte is an integral part of our mission to provide unparalleled service to our clients.
