Real Estate News: Effective July 1st, 2015 real estate consumers in Ontario will be able to use electronic signatures on agreements of purchase and sale!

OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association) has promoted the fact that electronic signatures on agreements of purchase and sale will help improve transaction efficiency by reducing the time required to complete a deal.  In doing so, e-signatures will help improve the consumer’s experience while saving REALTORS® time.

OREA  (Ontario Real Estate Association) will be participating in an official government announcement towards the end of the month.
